What is the download speed?
Download speed entirely depends upon your Internet Service Provider as Hotfile Megaupload Filesonic Fileserve servers are very fast.

If you have have unlimited connection then please note that your ISP has blocked your speed
Example: BSNL has locked speed for unlimited plan at 64 Kbps in that case you wont get speed beyond permissible limit set by your ISP
Non unlimited plans like BSNL 500 will give you 200 to 250 Kbps speed

It is advisable to use download manger for maximum speed

Can I change my Password, Email Id ?
Yes you have full access of your account and you can change password & email id as per your will.

Can I Schedule or Resume broken download ?
Yes you can by using download managers.

Can I share my account ?
Sharing of account is strictly forbidden the parent company might permanently block your account.

Can I use my account for Office/Home two different places?
Yes you can but only caution you need to take is not to use the account from same time from two different location. Always remember to log-off from one location before using it.

What is download limit ?
For hotfile fileserve filesonic megaupload there is no download limit you can download as much as you want.

I have not received my product ?
Check your emails spam folder
You can check your Voucher code/Password in "Purchase History" in "My Account" section of 365premium.com

Do you auto charge or auto Credit credit/Debit card?
Unlike other resellers we do not auto debit/charge your Credit Card or Debit Card, for each renewal you have to make fresh payment.

I don't want to make online payment, what options you have ?
We support offline payments by Cash deposit, NEFT, Cheque/DD, Offline Net Banking (ICICI, SBI,HDFC) & Western Union.
In offline net banking you make the payment from your bank's net banking from your computer and you just provide you transaction id

Who is entitled for automatic delivery ?
A customer who has made at least one successful online purchase from us is considered as "Gold Customer" and all his/hers future orders are automatically processed.

Is automatic process applied to all payment options?
Automatic process is only applied to Credit Cards (Visa MasterCard Diners Club) , Debit Cards (52 Indian Banks) Net Banking (15 Banks) & Cash Cards (Itz) & other payments that is processed by our Indian payment gateway (EBS)

Are all products delivered under automatic delivery ?
We have added almost all the products for automatic delivery, but their are very few products which cannot be added due to technical issues.
